Audrey F. Westerman

Associate

    Audrey Westerman is an associate in the Casualty Department, representing both local and national clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Audrey defended major realtors in premises liability actions, gaining substantial experience in managing complex liability claims. Before transitioning to civil defense, Audrey served as both a District Attorney and a Public Defender, bringing a well-rounded perspective and the ability to evaluate cases from all sides.

    Audrey earned her juris doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. During her studies, she honed her litigation skills and developed a strong foundation in trial practice. Audrey completed her undergraduate education at SUNY Brockport, where she graduated with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy.

    Outside of the practice of law, Audrey enjoys spending time with her family, including her two young children, and cheering on Philadelphia’s sports teams.
