Attorneys secured summary judgment in connection with Plaintiff's claims of race-based hostile work environment, discrimination, and unlawful retaliation

Attorneys secured summary judgment in connection with Plaintiff's claims of race-based hostile work environment, discrimination, and unlawful retaliation.  Plaintiff also claimed harassment through a state tort claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress and a breach of contract claim.  The basis of his claims was that a racially-hostile school board systematically deprived him of work through a series of budget cuts which he claimed were pretentious and racially-motivated.  The court granted summary judgment on all claims for want of sufficient proof.
