Attorneys obtained summary judgment in a legal malpractice matter

Attorneys obtained summary judgment in a legal malpractice matter.  Plaintiff alleged that our client, Plaintiff's workers' compensation attorney, failed to timely file his compensation claim, which resulted in the dismissal of that claim.  Ironically, Plaintiff failed to file his legal malpractice claim in a timely manner; thus, it was barred pursuant to the applicable statutes of limitation.
