Attorneys obtained summary judgment in a case where the plaintiff, a former teacher, sued the insured, theboard of education, claiming that she was subject to discrimination and harassment on the basis of her age. The plaintiff's evaluations throughout her three year employment with the district indicated that she had consistent issues with classroom management that eventually led to her non-renewal. The judge accepted our arguments that Plaintiff's discrimination claims were based on self-serving statements and did not establish a causal link between what she considered retaliatory behavior and some adverse employment action and granted the motion in its entirety.
