Attorneys obtained a successful decisions on behalf of a prominent university. The case involved a funded employment case for a long time 1992 cognitive dysfunction injury.  In this case,they attorneys' proved that a position created for the petitioner through a different employer but for which the salary was going to be funded by the university, was within the claimant's restrictions as set by the Independent Medical Evaluator.  They were able to discredit on cross examination a long time treating psychiatrist of the claimant and the WCJ granted a Modification Petition based on the salary that the petitioner would have received had he accepted the position.
