Attorneys obtained a successful decisions on behalf of a prominent university. The Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) granted a highly contested Termination and Suspension Petition and denied claimant's Review Petition.  The attorneys' proved that the claimant failed to return to her pre-injury position which was within the work restrictions set by the panel doctor.  They sustained their burden of showing that she had fully recovered from the work injury, thereby terminating all of the claimant's  workers' compensation benefits.  They also successfully defended against the Review Petition which was sought to add a laundry list of orthopedic and neurological injuries to the compensable head contusion which would have subjectedthe university to significant exposure for medical treatment for those conditions.
