Attorney won an important case for a large grocery store. This case involved multiple petitions including a termination petition, a claim petition, a reinstatement petition and a review petition. The original recognized injury was a neck strain and the claimant sought to expand that injury to include cervical disc herniations at two levels and underwent two separate plasma disc decompressions.  The case was further complicated by the fact that another employer, also a large grocery store, had been joined to the action. Claimant's counsel was so confident of her case against our client that she settled with the other grocery store for a full C&R.   Our client prevailed in the remaining action. There were a large sum of unpaid medical bills and a substantial amount in litigation costs. However,  the judge denied and dismissed the claimant's claim, reinstatement, and review petitions and granted our termination petition.
