Attorney succeeded in having plaintiffs' appeal from an entry granting summary judgment to defendant dismissed. Plaintiff fell and broker her hip in a butcher shop on a mat manufactured by defendant. Plaintiffs did not specifically assign as error the ruling in favor of defendant. The Appellate Court upon a motion to dismiss agreed with the lower court and dismissed the claims against defendant.
