Attorney received a favorable decision in a Petition for Suspension for medical benefits.  The claimant sustained a work-related injury which was accepted as compensable with no disability.  An independent medical examination was scheduled and the claimant failed to attend after being ordered to attend.  Therefore, we filed a Suspension Petition arguing that the judge should suspend both medical and wage loss benefits. This is rarely done, but we were able to convince the judge that we should prevail and our petition was granted.
