Attorney received a defense award in an arbitration proceeding before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. The Claimants filed a claim against their broker and the brokerage firm alleging that the investments made on their behalf were unsuitable based upon their ages, investment objectives and risk tolerances. The arbitrator found no merit to the allegations and dismissed all of Claimants' claims on the pleadings without the necessity of a hearing.
