Attorney obtained a defense verdict in a non-jury trial.  The case was a declaratory judgment action filed against a large insurance company seeking insurance coverage for a long term environmental exposure to asbestos.  The insurance company filed a cross claim against another insurance carrier who had denied coverage based on the exclusions in their policy stating that the injured parties were not "exposed" to the asbestos while at the insured's property or while the asbestos was in the control of the insured.  The trial judge disagreed.  He ruled in favor of our client and ordered the insurance company and the insured to pay their proportionate share of the past indemnity and defense costs.
