Seventy-one attorneys from the Pennsylvania offices of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin have been selected to the 2017 edition of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine. Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Elizabeth B. Ferguson, Esq. has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as a shareholder in the firm’s Jacksonville office. A member of the Professional Liability Department, she defends clients against claims of liability, breach of contract, construction defect, design defect, delay, liens/bonds, insurance coverage issues, and licensure issues. She also provides transactional support for her construction clients, including contract drafting and review. 

Niki T. Ingram, Shareholder, Director of the Workers' Compensation Department and member of the Board of Directors at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named the 2017 recipient of the Martha Hampton Award from the Philadelphia Bar Association's Workers' Compensation section. Ms. Ingram was honored at an awards luncheon on May 5 in Philadelphia.

Matthew P. Keris, shareholder in the Scranton office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been appointed state representative to the Defense Research Institute (DRI) by the Pennsylvania Defense Institute (PDI). In this capacity, he will act as the official liaison between the two defense litigation organizations. Mr. Keris joined the PDI in 2007 and is a former president of the organization.

John J. Hare, Esq., Chair of the Appellate Advocacy and Post-Trial Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers (AAAL) at the Academy's 2017 Spring Meeting, held April 6 – 8 in Boston.

Marshall Dennehey has relocated its Southern New Jersey office from Cherry Hill to the Laurel Corporate Center in Mount Laurel. Effective today, the new office address is 15000 Midlantic Drive, Suite 200, P.O. Box 5429, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. All telephone and fax numbers remain the same.

Located at the intersection of I-295 and Route 38 in Mount Laurel, 15000 Midlantic Drive is a two-story, 84,908-square-foot office building. Marshall Dennehey signed a 10.5 year lease for  44,000 square feet on the entire second floor.
