Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has relocated its Pittsburgh office from the U.S. Steel Tower Building to the revitalized and renovated Union Trust Building, right down the street. Teresa Ficken Sachs, Esq., Vice-Chair of the Appellate Advocacy and Post-Trial Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers (AAAL) at the Academy's 2017 Fall Meeting, held October 6 - 8 in San Francisco.

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin's Harrisburg office has been named a "Top Law  Firm For Women" by the Central Penn Business Journal, ranking #8 out of the region's top 25 law firms. Announced in August 2017, the recognition is based on the number and percentage of women lawyers in the office. Out of 23 total attorneys, eight are women consisting of three shareholders and five associates.

Five attorneys from the Manhattan office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin and one from the firm's Mount Laurel, New Jersey office, have been selected to the 2017 edition of New York Metro Super Lawyers magazine. A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

David W. Henry, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey's Orlando office and a member of the firm's Professional Liability Department, will co-present a CLE seminar on medical malpractice mediation at The Florida Bar’s Advanced Medical Malpractice 2017 seminar on September 8, 2017, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The presentation, "Mediating the Med Mal Case from Perspective of Mediator and Practitioner,” discusses several aspects of pre-trial conflict resolution with helpful strategies from varying viewpoints.
