The insurance company had denied the insureds' claim under their policy's comprehensive coverage for the theft and destruction of the car by fire, and for resulting transportation costs.  The insurance company defended on the basis that the loss was not covered because the insureds intentionally burned the car and otherwise violated the concealment or fraud condition of the policy with representations they made.
