Attorney obtained a defense verdict following a four-day trial

Attorney obtained a defense verdict following a four-day trial. Plaintiff had his leg amputated as the result of a motorcycle/vehicle collision. The collision occurred at a four-way stop and both drivers claimed they stopped at the sign. An accident reconstruction performed by the State Highway Patrol showed that plaintiff's motorcycle was traveling 27 mph at impact. The jury deliberated for less than 1 hour before returning a verdict in favor of the defendant.
