Harold L. Moroknek Named Managing Attorney of Marshall Dennehey’s Westchester County, NY Office

Harold L. Moroknek, shareholder and co-chair of the Trucking & Transportation Liability Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named Managing Attorney of the firm’s Westchester County, New York office. He replaces James P. Connors, who is stepping down from management but will retain a robust practice with the firm.   

Mr. Moroknek joined Marshall Dennehey in 2015 as a member of the firm’s Casualty Department and has made great contributions toward its growth since that time. He primarily focuses his practice in the area of transportation litigation, representing trucking, bus, paratransit and additional similar entities in complex and general coverage litigation. He also manages the full spectrum of transportation claims arising from such matters including personal injury, wrongful death, property damage and product liability claims.

As the office Managing Attorney, Mr. Moroknek will oversee 15 attorneys from the firm’s Casualty, Health Care and Professional Liability Departments, servicing clients in the county and throughout the entire New York Tri-State region. The office's lawyers represent clients in all manner of civil defense litigation including premises, product and general liability; medical and dental malpractice defense; and professional liability matters.

He is rated AV-Preeminent and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the New York State Bar Association, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. He is a graduate of the State University of Binghamton and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
