Frank P. Leanza Named a BTI Consulting Group 2020 Client Service All-Star

Frank P. Leanza, shareholder in the Health Care Department in the Roseland office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named by corporate counsel to the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2020.  He is one of only 475 selected attorneys nationwide who were identified by corporate counsel for superior client service.

The only way to become a BTI Client Service All-Star is for corporate counsel to single out an attorney for client service exceeding all others. No attorney can lobby to be added to list, there is no self-submission process, and law firms cannot provide names of clients to be contacted. Those selected are the end result of nearly 350 in-depth, independent interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations.

An experienced litigator, Mr. Leanza is a member of Marshall Dennehey’s Health Care Department where he devotes his practice to the defense of medical malpractice, long-term care/nursing home liability and municipal liability cases. He has handled several hundred medical malpractice claims and lawsuits, and has taken approximately 100 cases to trial with a defense verdict rate in excess of 90 percent.

He has successfully defended physicians in numerous cases with the potential for high jury awards, including cases involving multiple amputations, wrongful death claims, wrongful birth claims and more, by either establishing that the physician was not negligent or not the proximate cause of the plaintiff's injuries. Mr. Leanza has also successfully defended numerous municipalities in personal injury claims and alleged civil rights violations.

He is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest attorney rating for professional competence. A member of the New Jersey State and Morris County Bar Associations, he is a graduate of Rutgers University and Hofstra University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
