Matthew P. Keris, Esq., Elected President of Central PA Association of Health Care

Matthew P. Keris, Esquire, a shareholder with Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was elected president of the Central Pennsylvania Association of Health Care Risk Management for the 2012 term. Keris has been involved with the association since 2009. As president, Keris is responsible for the leadership of the chapter, developing educational programs for the organization and facilitating interaction between health care risk management, insurance, claims and the legal community on issues of common interest.

The Central Pennsylvania Association of Health Care Risk Management is a chapter of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM). ASHRM has more than 5,400 members nationwide representing health care, insurance, law and other related professions. It promotes effective and innovative risk management strategies and professional leadership through education, recognition, advocacy, publications, networking and interactions with leading health care organizations and government agencies.

Keris is a member of the Health Care Department at Marshall Dennehey, where he represents health care professionals, medical groups and health care institutions in medical malpractice litigation.
