Marshall Dennehey Receives Top Honors (Again!) in Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Program

For the third time in eight years, Marshall Dennehey was selected as the top scorer in the Extra Large Company category of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work program. The program recognizes the company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture.

Marshall Dennehey has been recognized as a “Best Place to Work” every year since 2013, winning the extra large company category in 2019 and 2017. This year, the firm once again prevailed over competition that included Comcast, Fred Beans Automotive Group, Accenture, American Heritage Credit Union, Center for Family Services and Virtua Health.

Hundreds of companies submitted nominations to the program, which ranks the top employers according to scores given to the companies by their own workers. Marshall Dennehey's Delaware Valley locations, including its Philadelphia headquarters and offices in King of Prussia, Doylestown and Mount Laurel, were included in the survey.

“It is so gratifying to receive this top award for the third time, especially while in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic,” said Marshall Dennehey President and CEO, G. Mark Thompson. “Our employees have risen to every challenge presented and we couldn’t be prouder. This award is a testament to them, and strengthens our commitment to do whatever we can to maintain and improve the working environment so that all of our employees are engaged and have the opportunity to succeed."
