Jeremy J. Zacharias is Awarded the RPLU Designation From the Professional Liability Underwriting Society

Jeremy J. Zacharias, associate in the Mount Laurel office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been awarded the insurance designation, REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY UNDERWRITER (RPLU), from the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS). The RPLU designation is the only professional credential exclusively for people in the professional liability industry. It is conferred on professionals who complete a rigorous insurance curriculum and meet the PLUS experience and ethics requirements. 

As a member of Marshall Dennehey’s Professional Liability Department, Mr. Zacharias  defends attorneys, accountants, insurance producers, corporate directors and officers, and other licensed professionals when claims are brought against them. He also represents financial institutions in the defense of individual and class action lawsuits arising from claims under the FDCPA.

Mr. Zacharias is active in the PLUS organization, where he serves on its young professionals’ leadership committee, has completed training at PLUS University and is an Alumni of its Leadership and Mentoring Program (LAMP). Additionally, he is a member of the New Jersey State and Camden County Bar Associations. A graduate of Drexel University and Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, Mr. Zacharias is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
