Bill Gianaris Joins Marshall Dennehey in Westchester County, NY, as a Shareholder in the Health Care Department

Experienced trial attorney Bill Gianaris has joined the Westchester County, New York office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as a shareholder in the Health Care Department. 

With almost 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Gianaris is highly accomplished in the areas of medical malpractice and general liability defense. He has litigated and tried numerous high-exposure cases involving medical professional liability across the state of New York.  

Prior to focusing his practice on medical malpractice defense, Mr. Gianaris was an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, where he tried numerous cases, argued appeals before the Appellate Division, and oversaw complex criminal investigations involving airport cargo theft and organized crime. 

In addition to his practice with the firm, Mr. Gianaris also serves as an Administrative Law Judge in Westchester County. 

He is a graduate of Fordham University and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He additionally holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the courts of New York and before the United States Supreme Court.
