Insurance Fraud Management (IFM) Conference

This panel session will take the form of a high-level discussion on the issues involved in identifying some of those best practices that formulate the foundation of vigilance, prudence, and due diligence within the SIU function. The panelist will focus at a high level on the controls that need to be in place to ensure execution of the mission, timelines guidelines, uniform lead generation and pursuit, source assets, reporting responsibilities, and how the aggregate of activity and the file specifics can link to the internal Q/A process and the insight that can be found in that audit discipline.
