Veronica Acosta

Associate

    Veronica is an associate in the Casualty Department, where she focuses on the defense of insured and self-insured clients in cases involving premises, retail, and automobile liability. 

    Veronica began her legal career as a litigation paralegal in 2012, joining Marshall Dennehey's Casualty Department in 2016. While working full-time, Veronica attended Rutgers Law School (Camden) in the evening and obtained her juris doctor in January 2023. While in law school, she was a member of the Student Bar Association. After sitting for the bar exam, Veronica returned to Marshall Dennehey as a law graduate in April 2023.

    Veronica completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University - New Brunswick, where she majored in East Asian Languages and Area Studies with a focus in Japanese. While at Rutgers, she was a research assistant through the Aresty Research Center, served on her dormitory's executive board for two (2) years, and was also a member of the fencing team.
