Jennifer L. Ruth

    Jennifer is an accomplished trial attorney with over 20 years of experience defending public entities, officials, and private clients in high-stakes civil rights, municipal liability, employment discrimination, and business litigation. Jennifer has proven success delivering persuasive courtroom advocacy, achieving favorable case resolutions, and guiding clients through complex regulatory and compliance challenges.  She is skilled in litigation strategy, alternative dispute resolution, and leading high-volume caseloads, with a focus on risk management and client-centered results. 

    Jennifer is very active in her community.  She currently volunteers for the Trojans Soccer Club, her son and daughter’s travel soccer club.  She is also very involved in animal rescue, supporting and volunteering with several groups in the Harrisburg and York areas. Additionally, she is very interested in historic preservation and previously served on the board of Historic Harrisburg Association.

    Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree from Mansfield University and her juris doctor from Widener University School of Law.
