Fred P. Mason, III

As a member of the firm’s Professional Liability Department, Fred focuses his practice on professional liability defense, including the representation of lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals, and contractors. 

Fred received his juris doctor from Rutgers Law School – Newark. During law school, he was a member of the Rutgers International Law & Human Rights Journal and involved in both the Family Law Society and International Refugee Assistance Program. During this time, Fred also served as an intern for the Institute for Justice & Democracy in Haiti and judicial intern for the Honorable James J. DeLuca, J.S.C. in the Bergen County Court, Chancery Division. 

Following law school, Fred served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Darren J. Del Sardo, P.J. Cv., in the Passaic County Court, Law Division.
