Brandon M. Esker

Associate

    Brandon is a member of the Health Care department, where he represents hospitals, long-term care facilities, and medical professionals in defending against general liability and medical malpractice actions.  

    Brandon was born and raised in central Massachusetts, before attending Drexel University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude. Brandon stayed at Drexel to attend the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating in 2023.

    While in law school, Brandon was a member of the Drexel Law Moot Court Board. He competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, writing briefs and participating in rounds of oral arguments regarding contemporary areas of international law, such as freedom of expression, humanitarian law, cybercrime, and human rights.  

    Brandon was part of the Drexel Law Immigration Law clinic, where he represented individuals seeking asylum in the United States from Afghanistan, Ghana, and Honduras based on the persecution they faced in their home countries.

    Brandon also participated in several pro bono projects within the Philadelphia community while in law school. He volunteered with Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity’s Criminal Record Expungement Project, as well as the Homeless Advocacy Project’s SOAR social security and disability benefit project.

    Outside of work, Brandon enjoys staying active through sports, hiking or working out, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and rooting for his beloved Boston sports teams.
