Health Care Liability Practice Group Named PA Litigation Department of the Year
The Health Care Liability Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey has been recognized as the 2012 PA Medical Malpractice Litigation Department of the Year by The Legal Intelligencer. The group's 54 attorneys in seven Pennsylvania offices have tried more than 75 cases to verdict in the past two years.

James H. Cole (Doylestown, PA) addressed the topic of "Property Insurance Fraud" as the guest speaker for an audio conference presented by Lorman Education Services. With the current financial crisis, property insurance fraud is gaining prominence, as insureds, contractors and body shops are faced with difficult financial decisions and sometimes resort to insurance fraud in an attempt to solve their problems.

This CLE program, which was held at the Crowne Plaza, Harrisburg focused on special education law.
