Melissa Devich Cochran Returns to Marshall Dennehey as a Shareholder in the Casualty Department

Experienced litigator Melissa Devich Cochran has returned to Marshall Dennehey’s Pittsburgh office as a shareholder in the Asbestos and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Cochran previously worked at Marshall Dennehey from 2005 to 2017. 

A member of the firm’s Casualty Department, Ms. Cochran focuses her practice on product liability, particularly asbestos litigation, where she represents and defends national equipment manufacturers, outside contractors and supplier companies. She participates in all phases of litigation throughout Western Pennsylvania.

In addition to asbestos litigation, Ms. Cochran has experience representing clients in magistrate and arbitration level trials involving automobile accidents, premises liability claims and product liability suits.
