Marshall Dennehey Named 2023 New Jersey Regional Litigation Department of the Year Winner by The American Lawyer

Marshall Dennehey was named the 2023 New Jersey Regional Litigation Department of the Year winner at The American Lawyer Industry Awards held November 16, 2023 in New York City. The firm was also a finalist in the Florida Regional Litigation Department of the Year contest.

Approximately 82 attorneys practice in the firm’s two New Jersey offices, located in Mount Laurel and Roseland. The litigation contest required the submission of seven case results demonstrating the excellence of the litigation department within the jurisdiction. The firm’s submission encompassed successful outcomes from each of its four practice departments – casualty, professional liability, health care and workers’ compensation.

For decades, Marshall Dennehey’s New Jersey attorneys have built a solid reputation representing clients in almost every conceivable type of civil litigation throughout the Garden State. Four of the office’s attorneys are certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Civil Trial Attorneys and another is certified for Workers’ Compensation. Several are members of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey organization, and almost all are active in the New Jersey State and county bar associations, as well as the New Jersey Defense Association.
