"We are pleased to announce these high-level administrative promotions that are so well-deserved,” said Marshall Dennehey President & CEO, G. Mark Thompson. “Colleen has devoted her entire career to the firm, and she literally knows the place inside and out. Her past experience within so many areas of the firm, as both an attorney and as a leader of two administrative departments, make her the perfect candidate to move the firm forward as COO.”

“Since joining the firm as Director of Finance five years ago, Frank Stransky has consistently demonstrated value through his ability to analyze, forecast and develop financial solutions that bring value to our clients,” said Thompson. “Traditional billing and accounting roles have evolved and clients demand greater accountability and transparency. We are confident that Frank will shine as the firm’s first CFO.”

“We also welcome Karen Williams as our new Director of Human Resources,” he continued. “With an outstanding educational background and more than 20 years of experience in the human resources industry, we anticipate her seamless transition into the firm and we look forward to her contributions.”
