Angela DeMary to Speak at Camden County Bar Association Workers' Compensation CLE

Angela DeMary, shareholder in the Mount Laurel office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, will be a featured speaker in the Camden County Bar Association CLE program, “Practicing Workers’ Compensation Law Remotely and COVID-19 Type Cases.” The webinar will be held on Wednesday, January 27 from 4:00 – 6:15 p.m.

The webinar will focus on the process of managing a workers’ compensation claim; what is an essential worker and who is considered a first responder; and recent legal and legislative updates based on the Governor’s Orders. The usage of DocuSign and remote forms as well as Zoom settlements and trials will also be discussed.

Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a workers' compensation attorney, Ms. DeMary focuses her practice on New Jersey workers’ compensation, representing the interests of employers, carriers and self-insureds. She is experienced handling claims involving issues of employment, coverage, compensability, causation/liability and permanency. Ms. DeMary was named among the 2016 Top Women in Law by the New Jersey Law Journal. She is a 1994 graduate of Rutgers University, Douglass College and earned her J.D. in 2000 from Widener University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
