Eight Marshall Dennehey Attorneys Selected to the 2017 Florida Super Lawyers & Florida Rising Stars Lists

Eight attorneys from the Florida offices of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin have been selected to the 2017 edition of Florida Super Lawyers magazine. A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in each state are selected by Super Lawyers and no more than 2.5 percent are selected for the Florida Rising Stars list. Michael J. DeCandio, Construction Litigation. Mr. DeCandio, Senior Counsel in the Jacksonville office, concentrates his practice in the defense of construction and design professionals. Mr. Bear, an Associate in the Orlando office, focuses on the defense of hospitals, medical providers including physicians and nurses, assisted living facilities, and businesses in matters involving medical malpractice, premises liability, and long-term care.

Ryan D. Burns, Personal Injury Defense. Mr. Burns, a Shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale office, practices in a wide variety of casualty matters including negligent security, product liability, premises liability, asbestos and toxic tort litigation, maritime litigation, general negligent business operations, automotive liability, as well as general PIP and insurance coverage.
