Kristen L. Anderson

Kristen is an associate in the Professional Liability Department. Her practice focuses on the defense of architects, engineers, design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect matters. 

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Kristen worked for a national insurance defense firm focusing on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. 

Originally from New Hampshire, Kristen moved to Florida for college where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa. She then went on to earn her juris doctor from Florida State University College of Law.  While in law school, Kristen served as a law clerk for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. She also served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Florida State University Law Review and as an Article Editor for the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, where she was awarded Article Editor of the Year for 2023-2024. 

When she is not practicing law, Kristen enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles and the Boston Celtics.
