Marshall Dennehey's Michael L. Turner Inducted Into The American College of Trial Lawyers

Michael L. Turner, shareholder and co-chair of the Asbestos and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) on March 2 in La Quinta, California. The ACTL is one of the premier legal associations in North America, composed of the most highly-accomplished trial lawyers from the United States and Canada. Membership is invitation-only, and attorneys are evaluated on their trial experience, ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

Marshall Dennehey Announces 2019 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Super Lawyer Rising Stars

Sixty-seven attorneys from the Pennsylvania offices of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin have been selected to the 2019 edition of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine. A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected for this honor. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

Matthew P. Keris Appointed to Editorial Board of New Patient Safety Journal

Matthew P. Keris, shareholder in the Scranton office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been appointed to the editorial board of the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority’s new Patient Safety journal. The quarterly, peer-reviewed journal will highlight advancements in clinical practice that have reduced patient harm, and will blend the latest scientific research with real-life, practice-based solutions. Content will be solicited from patient safety advocates across the country.
