Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today the official integration of 25 attorneys from Jones Hirsch Connors Miller & Bull, P.C. and the opening of a 20^th office located in Westchester County, NY. Of the 25 attorneys, five will staff the new Westchester location; 15 will join the firm's existing Manhattan office; and the remaining five will join the firm in Melville, Long Island.

Robert J. Fitzgerald (Cherry Hill, NJ) was a co-presenter at the Workers' Compensation Law Update seminar presented by the Insurance Society of Philadelphia. Topics focused on current developments in workers' compensation law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including emerging judicial interpretations of reform measures, case handling strategies and recommendations stemming from statutory changes, developments in subrogation law, and significant statute of limitations cases. Scott Dunlop and Paul Krepps (Pittsburgh, PA) and Christopher Boyle (King of Prussia, PA) presented a Leadership Course for Law Enforcement Executives in Monroeville, PA and in Hatboro, PA for the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association. The statewide program calls together Police Chiefs from across the Commonwealth for an update on cases directly impacting law enforcement in the last year. (1/12)

James H. Cole (Doylestown, PA) addressed the topic of "Property Insurance Fraud" as the guest speaker for an audio conference presented by Lorman Education Services. With the current financial crisis, property insurance fraud is gaining prominence, as insureds, contractors and body shops are faced with difficult financial decisions and sometimes resort to insurance fraud in an attempt to solve their problems.

Sharon O'Donnell (Harrisburg) was on the faculty at the Pennsylvania Special Education Law seminar hosted by NBI (the National Business Institute). This CLE program, which was held at the Crowne Plaza, Harrisburg focused on special education law. Sharon's portion of the program specifically focused on Protecting the Rights of Children With Special Needs. (1/12)
