Scott Dunlop and Paul Krepps (Pittsburgh, PA) and Christopher Boyle (King of Prussia, PA) presented a Leadership Course for Law Enforcement Executives in Monroeville, PA and in Hatboro, PA for the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association. The statewide program calls together Police Chiefs from across the Commonwealth for an update on cases directly impacting law enforcement in the last year. (1/12)

With the current financial crisis, property insurance fraud is gaining prominence, as insureds, contractors and body shops are faced with difficult financial decisions and sometimes resort to insurance fraud in an attempt to solve their problems.

We're growing . . .On October 1, 2011, Marshall Dennehey expanded its asbestos litigation practice in depth and geographic footprint with the addition of six attorneys and the opening of an office in the heart of Long Island. Four will reside in our new office in Hauppauge, New York, and two in our Roseland, New Jersey office. With this expansion, the firm has increased its scope of asbestos litigation representation, residing in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, to include the state of New York. (10/11)
