Four law firms from across Europe and North America have launched a new multi-jurisdiction legal network to provide a global service to insurance clients.

The Insurance Law Global (ILG) network is made up of founding law firms from the UK, Spain, Canada and the USA. The firms will collaborate on a non-exclusive basis to help clients respond to the challenges presented by globalisation and the increasingly dynamic political and environmental landscape.

Marshall Dennehey attorneys Colleen Bannon, Shareholder and Director of Legal Information Resources, and professional liability associate, Diana P. Cortes, have been appointed the 2017 Co-Chairs of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Federal Courts Committee. Ms. Bannon also served as the committee's Vice-Chair in 2016. The committee serves as an informational liaison between the federal courts covering the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and members of the bar, and organizes the federal Bench/Bar conference held each spring. Their terms became effective on January 1, 2017.

Tiffany J. Giangiulio, Esq., has joined the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as a shareholder in the firm's Casualty Department.

Marshall Dennehey announced today the launch of a Social Services & Human Services Practice Group within the firm's Casualty Department. Attorneys in the practice group will counsel and defend mental institutions, non-profit organizations, youth clubs, community social services agencies, group homes, adult day care centers and myriad other social and human services organizations against all manner of claims brought against them.
