Marshall Dennehey's Michael L. Turner Inducted Into The American College of Trial Lawyers

Michael L. Turner, shareholder and co-chair of the Asbestos and Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) on March 2 in La Quinta, California. The ACTL is one of the premier legal associations in North America, composed of the most highly-accomplished trial lawyers from the United States and Canada. Membership is invitation-only, and attorneys are evaluated on their trial experience, ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

John J. Hare and Heather Russell Fine Selected to Join the International Association of Defense Counsel

John J. Hare, co-chair of the Appellate Advocacy and Post-Trial Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, and Heather Russell Fine, shareholder in the firm’s Casualty Department, have been selected to join the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). The IADC is an invitation-only organization of 2,500 peer-reviewed inside and outside counsel, and insurance industry executives representing companies across the world.

Ashley Talley Receives 'Golden Gavel' Award From Westfield Insurance Company

Ashley S. Talley, associate in the Workers' Compensation Department at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was awarded a Westfield Insurance Company 'Golden Gavel' for outstanding legal representation on behalf of the insurer in a complex workers' compensation case.

The Golden Gavel Award is a formal recognition program designed by Westfield Insurance to recognize outstanding achievement by its outside counsel. Nominations for award winners are completed by Westfield claims professionals and submitted to its legal unit for consideration.
