Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is pleased to announce that 13 associates and two special counsel have been elevated to shareholder. Additionally, the firm has promoted four associates to the position of special counsel. These new shareholders and special counsel represent the firm's four core departments – casualty, professional liability, health care and workers' compensation – and come from 11 of the firm's 20 regional offices.

Eleven attorneys from the Florida offices of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin have been selected to the 2018 edition of Florida Super Lawyers magazine. A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Shareholder Craig S. Hudson has been appointed regional managing attorney for Florida. This unique position is designed to enhance coordination, collaboration and management of the firm’s four Florida offices. Marshall Dennehey is one of the country's leading civil defense litigation law firms, with more than 500 attorneys in 20 offices in six states.

Appellate attorney Kimberly Kanoff Berman has joined Marshall Dennehey as Special Counsel in the Fort Lauderdale office. A member of the firm’s Professional Liability Department, Ms. Berman joins the Appellate Advocacy and Post-Trial Practice Group. Her diverse appellate practice has included the litigation of numerous appeals in Florida state and federal appellate courts across a wide variety of subject matters. Past cases have involved medical malpractice, construction defect, insurance coverage, bad faith, maritime, aviation, and premises liability.

Alan C. (A.C.) Nash, a shareholder with the Fort Lauderdale office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was recently appointed to the 17th Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel by Judge Jack Tuter, Chief Judge of the 17th Judicial Circuit.
