Craig Hudson (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), Terry Lefco (Philadelphia, PA),Jack Slimm (Cherry Hill, NJ), and Art Wheeler (Cherry Hill, NJ) were the featured speakers for a national webinar entitled False Arrest and Malicious Prosecution.  This national webinar was hosted by CNA Insurance with over 180 in attendance thought CNA's U.S. offices.  (10/11)

Kevin FitzPatrick (King of Prussia, PA), Chandler Hosmer (King of Prussia, PA), Bill Banton (Philadelphia, PA), and Joan Orsini Ford(Doylestown, PA) presented a seminar on case evaluations and jury verdicts in medical professionals liability cases and defending the mental health case to representatives from Allied World Assurance Company.  (10/11)

Alicia M. Caridi (Scranton, PA) presented an educational seminar titled "The Domino Effect: Managing a Crisis in the Social Media World" and the World Water Park Association 31st Annual Trade Show and Symposium as a member of IALDA (The International Amusement & Leisure Defense Association).   Alicia presented to insurance carriers, water park employees, operators, owners and managers attending the conference.  (10/11)

Brigid Alford and Ed Schwartz (Harrisburg, PA) were featured speakers at the 2011 Annual Meeting of the Professional Liability Defense Federation in Chicago recently.  The meeting was attended by both claims professionals and defense counsel from around the country.  Brigid spoke on Professional Liability Coverage Grants and Exclusions; Ed presented a Legal Malpractice Primer.  (10/11)

Lary I. Zucker (Cherry Hill, NJ) has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.  The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.  Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only.  Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.  (10/11)
