Attorney was involved in the initiation of a Fraud investigation eventually resulting in the recent arrest of a local chiropractor, and 15 others . The fraudulent operation stemmed from phony treatment by the chiropractor and staged accidents. While taking the  Examination Under Oath of a claimant involved in a questionable one car accident, the attorney was able to elicit testimony from the claimant which recanted prior testimony and eventually admitted the fraudulent claim circumstances of cash payments, phantom physical damages and auto body work, and no-show chiropractic treatment.
