Attorney successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of an insurance company. The attorney resisted the insured's application to reform the policy of insurance, in an action where the insured sought reformation of an insurance policy to increase the uninsured/underinsured motorist limits to make the limit equal to the liability coverage limits.  The trial court held that the insurance company fully complied with the state’s statutes and administrative regulations precluding a claim for reformation based upon alleged violations of the statutory requirements, and allegations that the carrier failed to properly advise the insured regarding the impact of his failure to purchase higher coverage limits.
