Marshall Dennehey Announces 2025 New Jersey Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

Five attorneys from Marshall Dennehey’s Mount Laurel and Roseland, New Jersey offices have been selected to the 2025 edition of New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine. A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected as Super Lawyers and no more than 2.5 percent are selected for Super Lawyer Rising Stars. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. 2025 New Jersey Super Lawyers

Robert T. Evers, Personal Injury: Medical Malpractice Defense (Roseland). As the supervising attorney for the Health Care Department, Robert focuses his practice on medical malpractice, hospital liability, nursing home liability and state board disciplinary actions. He has handled hundreds of medical malpractice actions and has represented physicians, nurses and physical therapists at state board disciplinary hearings. He has successfully obtained favorable trial verdicts in medical negligence and wrongful death cases, including matters involving anesthesiology, radiology, dental, emergency medicine, orthopedics, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology and general/vascular surgery.

Christopher J. DiCicco, Personal Injury: Products Defense (Mount Laurel). As Co-Chair of Marshall Dennehey’s Maritime Litigation and Aviation and Complex Litigation Practice Groups, Christopher handles maritime personal injury defense cases, including recreational boating cases, marine construction cases, maritime product liability matters, and cargo matters, as well as aviation and general product liability matters. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and he actively handles litigation in all three states.

Kiara K. Hartwell, Workers’ Compensation (Mount Laurel). As a member of the Workers' Compensation Department, Kiara devotes the entirety of her practice to workers' compensation litigation on behalf of employers, insurance carriers and self-insureds. She authors the New Jersey updates for the firm’s monthly newsletter, What's Hot In Workers' Comp, and she has been published in CLM Magazine. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Executive Committee, a group charged with studying and developing beneficial changes in the administration and procedures pertaining to workers' compensation.

Adam J. Huber, Workers’ Compensation (Mount Laurel). Adam is a member of the Workers' Compensation Department and practices exclusively in the area of workers' compensation litigation. He represents employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds and third party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. 

Brielle K. Winkler, Personal Injury: General Defense (Mount Laurel). As a member of the firm’s Casualty Department, Brielle provides legal counsel and representation in the areas of automobile liability, underinsured/uninsured motorists claims, premises liability and condominium/community association law. Additionally, Brielle handles personal injury matters related to auto liability on behalf of retail establishments, building owners, homeowners, drivers and businesses.
