    Throughout his career, Loring consistently has demonstrated a mastery of the intricacies involved in defending complex, nationwide cases. His significant experience extends to counseling clients on a range of critical issues involving products liability, insurance coverage, indemnity, corporate disregard, and successor liability. He often provides strategic guidance within the context of sophisticated corporate transactions.

    Loring has served as national coordinating and lead trial counsel for a wide array of industries and companies. His portfolio includes the representation of a Japanese pharmaceutical company and its U.S. subsidiary, as well as building material manufacturers, national retailers, and food companies. He has successfully defended these clients against a spectrum of challenges, from allegations of asbestos-related personal injuries to claims of foodborne illness outbreaks and other personal injury matters. Additionally, he regularly represents product manufacturers and distributors in navigating complex legal landscapes.
