Justin L. Bailey

Associate

    Justin is an associate in the firm’s Casualty Department, where he focuses his practice in general liability litigation, defending premises liability and personal injury matters, including workplace and construction accidents, products liability, and motor vehicle accidents.

    Justin earned his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a Conwell Scholar. While at Temple, Justin was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and a teaching assistant for both the 1L Legal Research and Writing course and Temple’s Integrated Transactional Program. Justin also successfully completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where he researched and drafted memorandum opinions on a number of federal civil and criminal cases. Finally, Justin traveled to law schools throughout the country where he participated in several Baseball Filing Day Competitions.

    Prior to law school, Justin received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Sarah Lawrence College, majoring in economics. While in college, Justin was a member of the men’s basketball team and worked for a smaller, full-service law firm in Yonkers, New York.

    Justin joined Marshall Dennehey as a summer law clerk in the firm’s King of Prussia office in June of 2024. Before Marshall Dennehey, Justin was a summer clerk for the Honorable Kelly D. Eckel of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
