Kelly McGuire

Kelly is a member of the Professional Liability Department where she focuses her practice on representing insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes and first-party property litigation. She also handles employment and civil rights matters. Kelly represents insurers, businesses, and individuals in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Kelly represented clients in New Jersey and California in a wide variety of matters.

Kelly received her juris doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania where she majored in History with a minor in Political Science.

Kelly is admitted to practice in New Jersey and California.

Outside of her legal career, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, baking, and the Philadelphia Phillies.
