Ethan P. Collins

Ethan Collins is an associate in the Casualty Department, where he focuses his practice on defending clients in matters involving premises liability, negligence, automobile - personal injury, and product liability.

Ethan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2022 and his Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2025.

Before joining Marshall Dennehey as an attorney in 2025, Ethan gained valuable experience as a law clerk at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm. He also previously served as a summer associate and law clerk at Marshall Dennehey, where he developed a strong foundation in defense litigation and client advocacy.

During law school, Ethan volunteered with IDignity, a Central Florida nonprofit organization that assists members of the community in obtaining essential personal identification documents.
