Eric L. Grogan

Special Counsel

    Eric is a member of the firm's Health Care Department, concentrating in medical malpractice, including physician, long-term care and dental malpractice. He joined Marshall Dennehey in 2005, bringing with him significant experience in the field of medical malpractice. 

    In his career to date, Eric has handled several hundred medical malpractice matters, having represented a large number of physicians and dentists in professional malpractice matters. He has taken approximately 30 cases to trial, all of which were tried to jury with the great majority resulting in defense verdicts. A number of the remaining matters resulted in resolutions or verdicts involving amounts significantly below the settlement demands.

    Eric graduated from Princeton University in 1988, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. While attending Princeton, he was the recipient of the Moles Award. Eric graduated from Rutgers School of Law, Newark, in 1992. Following graduation from law school, he worked at several firms where he concentrated in the defense of medical, dental and hospital malpractice matters.
