Elizabeth K. Rice

Elizabeth focuses her practice on healthcare litigation and the defense of medical malpractice actions, including nursing home cases. She is experienced in handling depositions, and brings her analytical skills and passion for the law to every case she handles.

Elizabeth previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, where she successfully indicted felony offenses and secured a conviction at trial.

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Connecticut. Beyond her legal career, Elizabeth finds balance through her dedicated yoga practice and is an avid reader.
