David R. Drake

David concentrates his practice on the defense of health care providers involved in litigation. He has represented health care professionals from all disciplines of medicine and nursing, as well as private and public entities in the defense of professional liability and other claims. He draws upon his litigation experience to tailor his advocacy to the needs of his clients and the nature of their cases.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, David practiced at boutique and national firms dedicated to the litigation of health care liability matters. In that experience, David was responsible for developing and executing case strategy to drive favorable outcomes. He has managed numerous complex matters from inception to resolution, and draws upon that wealth of experience in his day to day practice.

David lives with his family in Marlton, New Jersey.
